My name is Andrea, and I'm a licensed social worker and holistic psychotherapist with over 12 years in the field. My practice, Regrounding Therapy, ties together the benefits of psychodynamic therapy ("how did we get here?") with the care of your mind, body, and spirit.
Your therapy process can be seen as a trail marker, a gentle reminder that you're not lost on your path. I'm here to help you figure out the next steps and bring into focus the meaning of this complex, yet meaningful, time in your life.

Any two adult family members (siblings, parent/child) come together to mend hurts, disconnection, or unhealthy communication patterns. Enact new, helpful boundaries from the safety of a therapy setting.
I offer a gentle approach to ketamine therapy that facilitates a deeper connection to your emotions, with the goal of creating new small shifts in thinking. I offer KAP in a way that honors your preferences, your intuition, and readiness with my presence and support the entire way through. Sessions can be done at home with my support or here in my office. Generally, it's recommended to complete 4-6 sessions for optimal physiological results, but this is all case by case. Treatment is provided in tandem with a licensed medical provider.
